1. Person not carrying on a business – 30 April of the following year

2. Person carrying on a business such as sole proprietor, partnership, club, association and Hindu joint family – 30 June of the following year

3. Limited companies (Sdn Bhd) – within 7 months from the date following the close of its accounting period

4. Submission of Form E to IRB – by 31 March of the following year

5. To deliver Form EA to employee – by the last day of February of the following year
